“Never would I have thought I’d make it this far into my “fitness journey.” I’ve never been comfortable taking my shirt off in public. It’s been tough. For the past 6 months I’ve been working full-time as a nurse, remained consistent at the gym, tracked macros while being mindful of what I ate (attempted), and tried to maintain a social life – which is definitely easier said than done. Obviously there were days where I just wanted to go home, eat, and sleep forever, but I didn’t. I somehow always made sure that I fit that workout in. If I can SOMEHOW do it, so can you.
